Squaring

Today's block sawing machines give many possibilities for further machining of raw blocks:
1- block trimming;
2- cut-off of outer crust of block
3- slab and billet production with one or more wires on shafts;
4- sciage de plaques et tranches avec machines à un ou plusieurs câbles.
The design of the wire saws used here is analogous to that described in the “extraction” section.

Profiling

This uses the 8.5mm "thin" WINTERSTONE contour wire saw with sintered beads and plastic coating.

This wire sawing technology permits economic production of memorial stones with curved head shapes, and any other type of cut into the stone.
